“Katie was fantastic and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable while ensuring that it was also interesting and easy to understand. She was very practical and took us through the various stages very patiently and carefully, allowing us scope to use the relevant equipment and to practice on our colleagues. We all learnt a lot and enjoyed the way she taught.”
Stu, Emergency First Aid at Work attendee
“Really enjoyed yesterday’s training course. In years past they have become tedious and you were able to bring a fresh twist to the day through a combination of location, attendees, and most importantly an atmosphere conducive to learning. Enjoyed the quizzes and thought the hands on tutoring was informative too. End of session game was fun and showed we all learned and knew our stuff!”
Claire, course attendee.
“I thought the course was excellent and the information provided great. The time you took to ensure that we all understood the information was fab, thank you!”
Joey, Private family course organiser and attendee
“Katie came to our parents house so we were in a relaxed environment and were able to care for the children at the same time as the course to ensure that no family member missed out. In just a few hours Katie imparted vital and specific knowledge on first aid for babies and toddlers which we all benefited from. Katie’s calm demeanour combined with up to date simulation tools meant that we could put her theory into direct practice to ensure the information was better retained. I would definitely recommend this course for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles or anyone who is in the care of small children.”
